Excellent condition, made by hand, Zandra Rhodes dress, circa 1980. Dress has namy layers of chiffon, net and hand painted tulle. Bustier style tip with gold lace peeking over the top of the handpinted ruffle. Black cummerbund waist accented with gold flower. Full puff skirt with same handpainting as bustier.
